The holidays are for family and sometimes family are not necessarily blood, but they are people who are supportive, positive and want the best for you. If you know of a neighbour who is spending Christmas by themselves, reach out to them, even if it's just by leaving a nice note in their mailbox. Remember that everyone has their own story and is living their own journey, some more difficult than others.
